We are active partners with our patients in creating and achieving their goals, and we employ approaches that are based in the latest research and scientific findings. We recognize that each patient is different and so are their needs.

As part of our integrated focus, we look at diet, nutrition, and other biological factors that impact healthy functioning. For example, many women are misdiagnosed with mental health conditions, when they may indeed by experiencing effects of perimenopause or menopause. Balanced nutrition and hormones are vital to wellbeing. We provide tools and expertise in nutritional psychology to help our clients attain a better state of health. We understand how the mind and body are impacted by its own unique biological factors. We attempt to help personalize the approaches our clients can have to feel better.
Dr. Roberts and her team treat many different conditions, including some conditions that many therapists refuse to treat. We are a LGBTQIA-affirming practice and kink-friendly.
It is important to understand that not all people are alike, nor all they all in the same stage of making changes in their lives. One size does not fit all, and clinicians need to use modalities that meet the patients needs at that specific time.
Dr. Roberts and her team work to create unique treatment plans that recognizes each individuals unique position and history. We bring in aspects of many modalities, depending on the needs of the patient. The following modalities and approaches guide our clinical care.
For patients wanting more accessibility and frequency of services, Dr. Roberts provides a concierge-based integrative wellness practice. This can be a positive opportunity for patients wanting more frequent sessions and communications with Dr. Roberts. Additionally, home visits can be established in certain locations making this program a unique opportunity for a more individualized and tailored approach.
Center for Integrative Mental Health provides services to patients as an out-of-network provider. We can provide the paperwork necessary to be reimbursed by your insurance company.
Dr. Jan Roberts has been featured in many national and international education programs discussing the many aspects of health and wellbeing.
